Our Warranty
Our roll-downs and accordion shutters are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring your investment is protected for years to come. Should any issues arise with your shutter, please contact us directly for assistance. To maintain the validity of your warranty, we kindly ask that you refrain from attempting to repair the shutter yourself or contracting any other shutter company, as these actions may void your
warranty.
Maintenance
To keep your shutters in optimal condition, we recommend yearly maintenance, which we provide for a fee of $250 minimum depending on the amount of shutters. To ensure everything is ready before the hurricane season, please call us at least two months in advance to schedule your maintenance. This service will help prevent any potential issues and ensure they function flawlessly.
Labor Warranty
The labor provided under this warranty is covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. After a one-year period, any necessary labor for repair or adjustments will be subject to additional charges, based on the

Alutech or MagnaTrack Warranty
We follow the factory warranty according to the screens that we installed.
MagnaTrack Warranty covers:
15 years for Aluminum Components
2 years for Electrical components (excluding motors)
5 years for Electrical motors
10 years for Standard Screen materials
1 year for welding/stitching of vinyl materials
Alutech Warranty covers:
5 years for defects in manufacturing of material from date of
manufacture5 years for Electrical Motors and Electric Accessories
5 years for painted products from date of purchase
Customers have 10 days to notify Alutech of any discrepancies or
it will be considered complete
